Nikon D90 Review and Compatible Lenses.

This is what I think stands out for an old Nikon DSLR camera that is also in modern Nikon DSLR camera like Nikon D7200 now in 2018.

AF and AF-S lenses can be used with full support.

HSS – High-speed sync flash is possible with this camera.

Nikon Creative Lighting System CLS is Supported.

Nine customizable picture control settings can be downloaded to the camera from nikonpc.com

Menu and LCD screen is similar to a modern camera like the Nikon D700D7000 and D810.

This is what I think is the downside of the Nikon D90, the RAW File Format is only 12-bit Compressed just like Nikon D40 D40x D50 D60 D80 and D3000 series.

RAW File format in Nikon D5000 series is 14 bit, compressed – maximum.

RAW File format in D7000 D7100 D7200 is 12 or 14 bit, lossless compressed or compressed.

This camera does not support NON CPU lenses (manual focus lenses) but you can use one in M mode.
